LADLI FOUNDATION is one such organizations whose motto is to develop our society in different ways.

This foundation has been started in 2012 by a True hero Mr. Devendra Kumar.

Ladli Foundation Trust is a verified non-profit social organization registered under FCRA, Indian Trust Act, 80G Tax Exemption and Niti Ayog etc. Ladli Foundation is an internationally recognized non-profit organization.

Ladli is acclaimed for its distinctive initiatives for empowering and rehabilitating thousands of unprivileged and uneducated females in slums & rural parts of India.

The vision of ldali foundation is of creating a gender-neutral society by endeavouring to bring about a emendatory change in the mindsets of the people.

Ladli has elaborated itself in strengthening the life of socially victimized young women and has directly benefitted more than 65000 girls through its indulging projects.

Ladli line up to set up the largest ever manpowerLAADLI RAKSHAKS (Saviour of Women) in every house to encourage the cause of gender equality and women safety. The Organization is effectively working in 50 districts across 10 States in India.

Talking about its achievements Ladli is also awarded with an official association of Delhi Police & Govt. Departments for its effective ground activities, outreach and innovative initiatives like #RunForLaadli, LaadliRakshak, #Saheli, #JOSH etc . Ladli was also in spotlight for itsRun for Laadli Half Marathon” and involved more than 20 thousand male population in marathon to support the Gender Equality & to change the mindset of the people to stop crimes against women. It was nice to see huge numbers of men participating for such cause.

This was praised and inaugurated byHonorable Home Minister Of India SH. Rajnath Singh, Union Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment, Chief Justice of Delhi, Ms Geeta Mittal, High Commissioner of New Zealand & Commissioner of Police Delhi.

Ladli foundation have taken many initiatives for unprivileged and illiterate women and children who are living in slum areas. This foundation is created to make society for developing in every field. Ladli scheme has been started to spread awareness about the safety and importance of girls. Along with it , the Ladli scheme has been started with the aim of increasing the trend of registering girl child after her birth and promoting the education of girl child. This organization also contribute to those women who have skills and talents by making homemade crafts and food items. By this, the organization helps to take the products to the market.

About the founder:- Devendra Kumar was born in a high- crime prone slum of Delhi where he started his journey when he was left by his parents with his infant sister. At the age of 8, he started working as a child laborer and started selling balloons . He worked as an aide at a clinic for just 4 US dollars per month for his survival. He continued his education in a Charitable School. While selling balloons , he was brutally beaten up by a group of drug addicts. In 2010 , his struggle with a dowry for his sister's wedding led him to found Ladli Foundation. Ladli scheme has been started to spread awareness.
